Founder

Monique Tillman is a licensed and ordained minister, Founder and President of Curse Breakers Assembly, and CEO of its parent company, Sovereign Stature. She holds a degree in Psychology and Mental Health Counseling, along with an array of mental health and business certifications, which uniquely equip her to serve both spiritually and practically. After a profound revelation of how bound she had been, even after accepting Christ, Monique came to deeply understand the true purpose of salvation, Christ’s Agape love, and His freeing sacrifice. Realizing she had not been living in the fullness of the Kingdom, she surrendered to God’s call to share His glorious salvation with the nations through discipleship, offer biblically-centered solutions for freedom from bondage, and complete her ordination through deep consecration. Her heart’s vow remains: “God comes first in all I do.”

A multifaceted servant, Monique believes she is whoever God calls her to be in the moment. She spends her time in the Word, in worship, and in stewarding the organizations entrusted to her care. With nearly 15 years in executive and operational management, she now recognizes every experience as preparation for her Kingdom assignment. From childhood, she was immersed in the church, serving through music, drama, dance, and leadership, yet in her early adulthood, she wrestled with worldliness, religion without relationship, and the emptiness of unfulfilled success. Despite having what looked like “the perfect life,” she carried a deep void until she fell to her face in repentance, recommitted her heart fully to Christ, renounced all falsehood, and declared, “Lord, send me.” Stripped of all that was not of Him, Monique was consecrated and matured for her assignment: to disciple others, break generational curses, and help her brothers and sisters experience true freedom through the renewing of their minds in Christ. Today, she walks boldly in the love of God, the mind of Christ, unwavering faith, and the ordered steps of the Holy Spirit, never taking His entrustment for granted.

Apostle Tracy L Devolt

Apostolic Overseer & Elders Council

Affectionately known as “PT,” Pastor Tracy is the Founder and Senior Leader of Lighthouse Worship Center Churches, Inc., and serves as the presiding prelate of Lighthouse Christian Assemblies Fellowship, Inc. Her ministry reaches far and wide through community development initiatives, organizations that train and equip female ministers, itinerant ministry, speaking engagements, authorship, and higher education. With a passion for equipping both leaders and laity, her life mission is to “grow people,” demonstrating God’s glory through right living, love, and unity. A graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center in 1993, she later went on to earn degrees in ministry, leadership, theology, and business. Since 1990, Pastor Tracy has faithfully ministered under a prophetic mantle, bringing light, revelation, and encouragement to both the Church and the world.

Connected through their shared church home in the 1990s and reintroduced by a childhood friend, Monique and PT were divinely aligned. Their very first conversation stretched for hours, with PT unknowingly confirming many things the Holy Spirit had already revealed to Monique about the overseer God would place in her life. What began as a simple exchange about Apostleship through a faithful sister in Christ quickly became something more. Recognizing the divine appointment, Monique asked PT for her guidance and commitment to Apostolic Counsel. In agreement, they stepped into a Kingdom-driven, purpose-filled relationship ordained by God.
