Chair of the Board

Endesha "Monique" Tillman is the President and Founder of Curse Breakers Assembly and an ordained minister through a Christian association of ministers. Her name—Endesha (meaning "lead"), Monique (meaning "guide"), and Tillman (meaning "one who plows the earth")—perfectly embodies her purpose-driven life dedicated to guiding others and sowing seeds of faith.

With over 12 years of leadership experience spanning management, C-suite roles, and board positions, Monique is well-versed in leading teams with a Christ-centered approach. She holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on mental health, which enriches her ministry by allowing her to address the spiritual and emotional well-being of those she serves. As an entrepreneur, Monique is the owner of multiple ventures, a writer, and a musician, using her diverse talents to inspire, uplift, and guide others in their walk with Christ.

Monique's leadership is marked by a commitment to breaking chains and building up the Body of Christ, leading Curse Breakers Assembly with a mission to disciple the nations and encourage others to live in freedom through Jesus Christ. Her passion for ministry, mental health, and creative expression all converge to guide others toward a more abundant life in Christ.

Vice Chair

Curse Breakers Assembly is currently interviewing, holding potential Board of Directors (BOD) meetings, and vetting candidates for the Vice Chair position. The Vice Chair serves directly under the Chair of the Board, providing essential support in executing the Chair’s duties and responsibilities. The Vice Chair must be fully capable of performing the duties of the Chair, assuming the role of acting Chair during periods of absence. This role involves working closely with the Chair and CEO to carry out directives, establish agendas for board meetings, and oversee formal assessments of the Board of Directors. Additionally, the Vice Chair may handle conflicts of interest within the board, ensuring all actions align with the mission of Curse Breakers Assembly to serve others and uphold Christian values.

Secretary

We are also in the process of interviewing and vetting candidates for the role of Secretary on the Board of Directors. The Board Secretary is responsible for a range of administrative and communication-related tasks, including regulatory and legal compliance. Key duties include recording, documenting, and distributing meeting minutes to ensure records are accurate and safeguarded. The Secretary is tasked with tracking the organization’s activities to ensure alignment with the bylaws and values of Curse Breakers Assembly, emphasizing integrity, transparency, and a commitment to the mission. Additionally, they are responsible for notifying members and stakeholders of all regularly scheduled and special meetings, facilitating clear and effective communication within the organization.

Treasurer

Curse Breakers Assembly is currently recruiting and vetting candidates for the Treasurer position. The Treasurer should possess a strong working knowledge of accounting and financial management. Their primary responsibilities include preparing financial reports for each board meeting, providing clear and concise information about the organization's financial viability and stability to inform decision-making. The Treasurer manages public funds, making key decisions regarding spending and investing. They also collaborate with other executives to draft the annual budget for board approval. In all financial matters, the Treasurer ensures that the organization’s resources are managed wisely, in alignment with the mission of Curse Breakers Assembly to further God’s work and support charitable causes.

Head of Committees

We are also in the process of interviewing and vetting potential candidates for the Head of Committees role. Board members who do not hold one of the other specified positions often volunteer to serve as the Head of Committees. These members attend meetings, where they can make motions, discuss, and vote on board matters. After serving as board members, they may be elected to more advanced roles on the Board of Directors. As leaders of their respective committees, they are expected to exemplify the values of Curse Breakers Assembly, guiding their teams with a Christ-like spirit of service, dedication to the mission, and a commitment to advancing the Kingdom of God through their efforts.
